HELMUT ALEXANDER AWARD In recognition of Helmut Alexander's achievements in understanding the structure and properties of extended defects in semiconductors, the conference advisory committee will award the "Helmut Alexander Award" to the best contribution by an early career scientist (within ten years of award of doctorate).
